Classes

Local Politician (twfy:LocalPolitician)

Represents the class of elected people in local government.

Local politician's are people.

Committee (twfy:LocalAuthorityCommittee)

Represents the class of groups known as committees, forming parts of local authorities.

Committees are groups of people.

Local Authority (twfy:LocalAuthority)

Represents the class of local authorities.

Local authorities are organisations that run a small area.

County (twfy:County)

Represents the class of Counties.

A County is a kind of Local Authority

District (twfy:District)

Represents districts. TODO what is a district exactly?

A District is a kind of Local Authority

London Borough (twfy:LondonBorough)

Represents the class of London Boroughs.

A London Borough is a kind of Local Authority and is also represented in DBpedia.

UnitaryAuthority (twfy:UnitaryAuthority)

Represents the class of Unitary authorities.

A Unitary Authority is a kind of Local Authority and is also represented in DBpedia.

Properties

full address (twfy:full-address)

A string literal providing the address of the entity. This is intended as an unstructued alternative to http://www.w3.org/2001/vcard-rdf/3.0#ADR. Use vcard:ADR if you have structured address data.

FOI data (twfy:foi-data)

Links the entity to a page containing information obtained under a Freedom of Information Act in a relevant jurisdiction.

The relationship is almost the same as foaf:page.

meeting (twfy:meeting)

Links an organisation to a meeting of the organisation or of any part of the organisation. A relationship of this kind signals the intent of the group members to attend, but does not imply attendance.

Meeting connects a Group to an Event.

committee (twfy:committee)

Links a local authority to a part of itself. In particular an Organisation is linked to a Group.

notes (twfy:notes)

Links a thing to notes about the thing provided by They Work For You. The notes can be any literal including text in any language, XML or XHTML.

minutes (twfy:minutes)

Links an event to a document describing the decisions and discussion that occurred at the event, as well as information about the running of the event.

The minutes link connects an Event to a Document.
